On one-day walkout, workers demand good-faith contract negotiations

On Thursday, unionized Starbucks workers held a one-day strike at hundreds of stores around the United States, including at some New Jersey locations, to demand the company engage with them in good faith contract negotiations. Multiple federal judges have ruled this year that Starbucks is violating federal labor law in its dealings with the union, Starbucks Workers United.
