Cancer treatment, room lighting technologies, star fish.

Doctors were skeptical when they heard about a device that uses an electric field to kill cancer cells, but a young mother has seen her tumor shrink to nearly nothing. Room lighting is a more conventional use of electricity, but in the right hands, new technologies are turning functional lighting into an art form. A mysterious disease is killing off star fish up and down the west coast.
